Bailey’s Story
Hi, my name is Bailey! I love telling people about God, playing basketball with my wife Alyssa, and reading books to my son Reid. While I grew up in a wonderful Christian family, I didn’t come to a place of genuine, repentant faith in Jesus until I was fifteen. Since then, my life has been defined by the reality that I am saved by God’s grace and called to share His goodness with others.
Alyssa’s Story
Hey! My name is Alyssa. I love days with Bailey and Reid, sleepovers with my grandma, and inhaling Starbucks. Preferably Breve! I am the daughter of Vinnie and Kelly Tumia, and I love my family!
I came to salvation at a young age, and while I sometimes struggle with the fact that I didn't have a dramatic salvation story, I am grateful for all the things from which my Savior rescued me. I look forward to serving God in a ministry that is near and dear to my heart, and I can't wait to see how God uses this opportunity to grow us as individuals and a family!
Reid’s Story
Reid Patrick Farrell is the coolest red-headed, blue-eyed boy we know. He enjoys long walks, reading books before bed, spending time with his grandparents, and eating everything. His favorites include fruit pouches, ice cream, garbage plates (with extra meat sauce), and venison. No, for real, he eats anything in sight!
Our Mission
Both Alyssa and I have the blessing of growing up in wonderful Christian homes. We learned the truth of God's Word and saw the Gospel lived out daily. This upbringing, along with the influence of our church family, was invaluable.
However, it wasn't until our relationship with God became authentically our own that we began to grow and thrive spiritually. By God's grace, we saw our faith revolutionized when we started to study God's Word, prayerfully apply its truth to our lives, and live every day for the glory of God. These principles were critical to us maturing as believers. Beyond that, our previous time with Encounter Revival Ministries was essential in developing faith in action. We believe that God and His Word ought to affect every area of our lives, and we are passionate about sharing this truth with anyone and everyone!
